CLI Ethernet action on the MacI have been doing an install that required 9000MTU and bonded Ethernet ports and there is no way that I could find to do this in the GUI on a Mac. Dave Winer finally installs Windows ;-)I notice Dave Winer has decided to install XP inside Parallels on his MacBook.I say go for the Vista; it works like a champ on mine.I have figured out the VPN annoyance. I needed to add the office DNS IP address to the VPN preferences. Vista doesnt assume its the DNS server of choice, unlike XP, it seems.

Thanks for the One NoteI am now a happy fellow. I have Vista purring, I have Office 2007 Ultimate with One Note 2007 (thanks Jim!) and what a job they have done on One Note. I thought Office 2007 was a great upgrade before, when running on XP, but here in its natural habitat it is just marvellous!

I take it all back.On a machine that can handle it Vista is a dream. I have to admit that I have come close to saying ¨wow¨ on a couple of occasions.
