- Select the timeline window
- Put the playhead on the first frame of the sequence
- Press Cmd-F and enter "Cross Fade"
- Click "Find All" and all the audio crossfades in the sequence will be selected
- Press Delete

Just tried this on a sequence, strangely in my case FCP wouldn't let me use "delete" or "backspace" but it would let me command-X to remove the crossfades !
