Looking like Google Gears is going to be huge.

I am using it for Google Reader and it is making working offline for the web a reality.

I am enjoying Zoho as well. I think their CRM offering, which looks just like Salesforce, could be the thing. We are looking at Salesforce implementation across the co. but Zoho with Google Gears could be the thing that differentiates Zoho from Salesforce. Whoever gets Gears done first, and it may be Salesforce as thay have announced an advertising partnership with Google, will be the one we go for.
